Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order:

- Alternatively, copy the tracking number from the email and visit the courier’s website (DHL or BRT Bartolini) for real-time updates.
Incorrect Address
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we regret to inform you that we cannot issue a full or partial refund. The responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping details lies with the customer.
In such cases, we can only offer to reship the order. We strongly advise all customers to carefully review their shipping address before completing their purchase. While we take utmost care in processing and verifying orders, we cannot be held liable for errors related to incorrect shipping addresses, payment details, or other inaccuracies provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation
Customers can request to cancel their order within 60 minutes of placing their order. After this period, we will begin processing orders immediately to ensure on-time delivery.
Address Change
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request an address change by contacting our customer service at Support@London-Glamour.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
